FUTURE of FOOTWEAR

PENSOLE is an innovative Footwear Design Academy created to give students regardless of socioeconomic background the opportunity and knowledge needed to become a professional footwear designer.

Through a rigorous “learn by doing” curriculum, students are mentored by the most sought after faculty in footwear, comprised of both young professional designers and established footwear design leaders from the top footwear brands with over 100 years combined experience.

We fulfill our mission by giving PENSOLE students the tools to become future design leaders and provide the footwear industry with a farm system for the next generation of designers.
